Doug Sutton

BetterTrades Coach

Doug Sutton enjoys teaching about sector analysis. The BetterTrades coach uses his experience in teaching about sectors and subsectors to help students learn how they can do the same thing and speed their progress toward financial independence.

Doug began his career as an educator. He taught two years of high school in Australia and another in California, but returned home to Washington and began a career selling heavy equipment.

Doug eventually turned to the stock market and one night learned that stocks with the same goods or services were grouped into sectors and members of those sectors usually behaved in the same manner.

Doug buried himself in learning about the various sectors. He wanted to understand how the sectors moved and his discovery enabled him to focus his education in the right direction. Doug was soon able to quit his job and teach others how to trade the market.

Because of his background in education, Doug Sutton was a natural to teach others how to trade. He is currently an instructor for BetterTrades and continues to be an instructive voice when it comes to sector analysis.

Doug is author of Beginning Investor's Bible, a reference book with information about trading the stock market.
