Futures Contract An exchange traded agreement to buy or sell a particular type and grade of commodity for delivery.
Futures Market An auction market in which participants buy and sell commodity/future contracts.
Futures Spread A technique where you buy one commodity and sell another contract of the same commodity to gain due to a discrepancy in prices.
Fill or Kill To fullfill an order imediately if the stock is available, otherwise kill the order completely.
Float The total number of outstanding shares available to the public for trading
Full Service Broker A broker that offers a variety of services to their clients, including advice, tax tips, and retirement planning, usually at a price.
Forward Rate Agreement A contract that determines an interest rate to be paid or received on an obligation beginning in the future.
Full Cary A futures market in which the price difference between delivery months equals the full cost of carrying the commodity.
Futures A financial contract that includes the sale of financial instruments or physical commodities.
