Margin The use of a loan to purchase securities
Margin Call A requirement by the Federal Reserve Board or a that a customer must deposit a specified amount of money or securities when a purchase is made in a margin account. This amount is a percentage of the market value of the security at the time of purchase.
Market Order Sometimes referred to as an unrestricted order. It's an order to buy or sell a stock immediately at the best available current price. A market order is the only order that guarantees execution.
Mid Cap Stock Refers to stocks with a market capitalization of between $250 million and $5 billion.
