Naked Call A call option on a stock written by a person who does not own enough of the stock to cover the exercise of the option.
Naked Position A trading position that arises when an investment firm has securities that not yet sold or hedged.
Naked Put A put option on a stock written by a person who does not currently have enough money to cover the exercise of the option.
National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO) A SEC requirement that brokers must guarantee customers the best ask and bid price
